Q: When will the rest of the Cain Series be out on Audiobooks?

A: Directive is being finished up now. Actually, the work is finished. Just waiting for the cover work to be done. Should be out and available within the next 2-3 weeks. I would think Redemption should be done end of February-ish? That would mean it's available late March probably.

Q: I've read one of your books on my computer, but don't have a tablet or anything to download the rest. I don't really prefer to read on the computer though. I've noticed you don't have paperbacks. Why not? And will you release yours in paperback at some point?

A: Good question, and one I've been pondering myself lately. I'm leaning toward releasing paperback versions at some point later in the year. If not this year, definitely 2018. The main reason I haven't yet is that since I'm not published by a major publishing house, book store paperback sales will be rather slim. Also, I make as much from a $2.99 e-book as I will from a $10 paperback. But in saying that, I do want to give any fans of mine as many ways to read my material as humanly possible. So it will happen.

Q: I just finished reading The Silencer and loved it. Just wondering when the rest of the series will be available?

A: Soon! Fully Loaded (Silencer #2) is undergoing some last minute editing changes. Then it needs cover work and formatting. I'm assuming that will all be done relatively quickly and should be available to purchase by the end of January. Certainly no later than the first week of February. Hard Target (Silencer #3) is also in editing right now and assuming nothing crazy happens, I'd say a release date of late Feb/early Mar. is looking likely. Blowback (Silencer #4) is not yet finished but should be soon. I'd assume a release date of June-Aug., but that's just a guess as of now. Don't hold me to that last one. Could be more after that. Haven't really decided yet on how many there will be in the series.

Audiobook Release!

So the audiobook of The Cain Conspiracy has now been released. Remember, due to contract agreements with Audible, I have no control over pricing. It's been listed at $14.95 on Audible, which you can buy here:

For those wondering about the narrator, it was done by Charles Hayward, who is a professional voice actor. He actually does a lot of TV commercials and I think does a tremendous job with the book. I really couldn't be happier with the job he did. Hopefully, everybody else will like it as well.

October Update

Just wanted to provide an update for you guys and let you know what I'm working on right now. I'm actually working on a bunch of things, so many that I think my head's gonna spin. But at the forefront, a couple of things have shot to the top of the list.

The first thing is the release of The Silencer. I'll be providing a blurb and more details soon, along with the cover. But it's extremely safe to assume that it'll be released in December. I'm still figuring out whether it'll be better to release it before or after Christmas, but it will be December.

Next up: Audiobooks! The Cain Series is being made into audiobooks and will be distributed on Amazon, Audible, and iTunes...the three major players in the audiobook game. They're being professionally narrated by professional voice actors. And books 1 and 2, The Cain Conspiracy and The Cain Deception, should both be available to purchase by the end of October! Deception is actually already done and has been approved by Audible, just waiting for it to be updated and distributed to their sites. Conspiracy will be done by the end of the week and then also distributed.

I will also point out that unlike the regular books, I will have no control over pricing of audiobooks. I don't even know what the price will be at this point. Audible controls pricing as part of their agreement. Regular price, sales, promotions...all controlled by them. I have no say or input.

Also, in order to get reviews, and hopefully more sales as a result of those reviews, when the books go live I will be offering free copies of the audiobooks in exchange for a review that you post on one (or all) of those sites. Once the books go live I'll offer more details about this. But if you're interested, you can start emailing me now to get put on the list for a free audiobook in exchange for a review.

The Cain Redemption now available for pre-order!

As the title suggests, The Cain Redemption is now available for pre-order on Kobo and Amazon. The page count on the Amazon listing is messed up right now..says 105 pages but it's actually 170-180ish. Amazon always makes my page counts less than they actually are for some reason. Once the file is actually released for sale it should be updated to its proper length.

Aug. 28th is the day it'll actually be released if you don't pre-order.

Updates

Just passing on some interesting little tidbits. The sequel to Rogue Ghost will be released in late June...right now it's looking like June 22...but it's not set in stone yet. It will be called Ghost Pursuit. Cover's done, just got it this past week. Looks great. Just waiting for formatting to be done then it'll be all set.


I've gotten a few emails about when The Cain Redemption will be released. Current plans have it being published in September. Still have some editing issues to work out, there's no cover yet, etc. My focus right now is on getting Ghost Pursuit out. Once that's been released my full attention will go back to Redemption. I'm shooting for Sept. 1 for the release date. But that's still flexible at this point.

Cain Redemption

Just wanted to give a quick update on some things:

The Cain Redemption, as of now, is scheduled to be released in August. Could change, either sooner or later, but it seems like that's the most likely time for it to come out. There's still a few more things that need to be done with it....finding a cover, editing, etc, etc.

I've also started working on a new book. Right now I don't have a title for it, but it'll most likely be the first book of a series. It's about a female CIA agent who's sent to find her partner, who's gone rogue. I'm about half way done the book, which is going by very quickly. I wasn't able to write any of the Cain books as quickly as this one's going.

I've also got to try to establish more of a presence online with social media. I'm not that good at it right now. Hopefully I'll get better and get into more of a pattern with posting regularly. As I gain readers and followers it'll probably become a little easier I think.

Well...off to write some more.

Just wanted to update everyone with the status of the 3rd book in the Cain Series. The Cain Directive is currently being formatted. As soon as that's taken care of the book will be uploaded to the major sites for sale. It will be $2.99. I'll post the cover photo tomorrow and the book synopsis the day after.
